Stage pour jeunes critiques à Limoges (France)*

L’AICT propose un stage pour jeunes critiques de théâtre qui se tiendra du
11 au 17 juin 2018 à Limoges grâce à l'accueil et au soutien du Festival
international des écoles de théâtre organisé par le Théâtre de l'Union
– Centre dramatique national du Limousin. Vous pouvez d’ores et déjà, le
plus rapidement possible, postuler pour l’une des places dans un des deux
groupes de travail de six stagiaires maximum pour chacun d’entre eux
(francophone, anglophone). Pour cela, il vous faut être critique
professionnel et être âgé entre 18 et 35 ans. Tous les candidats sont
invités à envoyer leur formulaire de candidature (voir plus bas), avec un
bref CV (juste une page !), 2 ou 3 exemples d’articles publiés dans la
presse et une lettre de recommandation du responsable de la section de
l’AICT/IATC de leur pays (si leur pays a une section de l’AICT). Tous ces
documents devront être envoyés dans un seul fichier PDF, si possible.
Faites attention aux faits suivants :

1) Ce sont les candidats qui doivent envoyer leur candidature et pas les
responsables des sections de l’AICT/IATC.

2) Assurez-vous d’avoir une bonne expression verbale dans l'une des deux
langues de travail (indiquez vos connaissances en anglais et en français).

Vous serez logés en chambre double, les repas sont assurés midi et soir.
Vous aurez un laissez-passer vous permettant l’entrée gratuite à tous les
spectacles et aux rencontres qui se dérouleront durant le Festival. Les
organisateurs du festival viendront vous chercher à la gare.

Les groupes de travail seront animés par les critiques suivants :
Jean-Pierre Han assisté de Mariko Anazawa (groupe francophone). Le nom du
ou de la responsable du groupe anglophone vous sera communiqué
ultérieurement.

Les candidatures seront acceptées *jusqu’au 8 mai 2018 *et elles doivent
être envoyées au Directeur des stages de formation, Jean-Pierre Han :

sélectionnés sera annoncée aussitôt que possible, de façon à permettre à
chacun de faire ses préparatifs de voyage, et d'obtenir si nécessaire un
visa pour la France.

Workshop for Young Critics in Limoges, France*

The IATC is organizing a workshop for young theatre critics which will take
place from June 11 to 17, 2018 in Limoges, France, in the framework and
with the support of the Festival international des écoles de théâtre, set
up by the Théâtre de l'Union – Centre dramatique national du Limousin. You
are invited to apply, as quickly as possible, to join one of the two
working groups of six participants maximum each (one French group and one
English). For this, you must be a professional critic and aged between 18
and 35. All candidates are invited to send their application form completed
(see below) with a brief resume (just one page!), 2 or 3 samples of already
published articles in media and a letter of recommendation from the person
in charge of the AICT/IATC section in their country (if their country has
an IATC section). All these documents must be sent in a single PDF file, if
possible. Please note the following:

1) Only candidates must apply, not the persons in charge of AICT/IATC
sections.

2) Make sure you have a good knowledge of one of the two working languages
(mention your level of English and French).

You will be hosted in a double room; meals are offered at noon and in the
evening. You will get a free entry pass for all the shows and to the
encounters during the Festival. You will also be picked up at the train
station.

The monitors of the working groups will be theatre critic Jean-Pierre Han,
assisted by Mariko Anazawa (French-speaking group). The name of the
English-speaking monitor will be announced later.

Applications will be accepted *until May 8, 2018,* and they must be sent to

announced as soon as possible, in order to allow time for participants to
prepare for their trip, and get a visa for France if necessary.
